- Have a recent professional experience of at least three years in tax, accounting, or law.
- Provide language proficiency documents for Arabic and English, showing proficiency in written and spoken forms.
- A Certificate of Good Conduct.
- A Certificate of Medical Fitness.
- Successfully pass the Authority's Tax Agent examination.
- Pay the Tax Agent registration fees of AED 3,000, which are renewable every three years.
- Maintain professional indemnity insurance coverage or be covered by one to ensure protection against liabilities.
How to Register as a Tax agent with FTA?
You need to sign up for an e-services account to register as a tax agent. You can start your registration process by selecting the "Register as Tax Agent" button on the Tax Agent dashboard. If you met with registration requirements outlined above, then you can follow the steps below:

When will the application be refused to register?
