The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless filings.ae a digital property of “LEDGERS Fintech Ltd” and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, donors, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, liability, claim, demand damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfil any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account including also your use of the Site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.

We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED/USD for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of the company. All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.

Once the payment is successful, a payment receipt will be sent to the customer via email within two days.

We will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, OFAC targeted countries AND individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC programs that are not country specific.

The displayed price and currency selected by you, will be the same price and currency charged to the Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt.

Filings.ae may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.

United Arab Emirates is our Country of Domicile. This website is controlled by “LEDGERS Fintech Ltd”. It can be accessed by most countries around the world. As each country has laws that may differ from those of UAE, by accessing our website, you agree that the statutes and laws of UAE without regard to the conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this website and the purchase of any products or services through this site.

Cancellation of order is not possible once the payment has been made. No refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation or non-performance of service.

UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSED, Filings.ae , EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Site may contain advertisements and/or sponsorships. The advertisers and/or sponsors that provide these advertisements and sponsorships are solely responsible for insuring that the materials submitted for inclusion on the Site are accurate and comply with all applicable laws. COMPANY is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any advertiser or sponsor.

If any provision of the Terms of Use is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect.
